Careers

Working on accounts you really understand.

Mearchy does one channel, but down to the feed and the tracking. Small, fully remote and automated far enough that there is time for the work that actually matters.

Why we do this

We want to be the agency that stores keep.

Most agencies grow through the number of clients. That leads to account managers reading out reports, and to accounts nobody has rebuilt since onboarding. We founded Mearchy in 2024 because we wanted to do it differently.

So few clients, one channel, and responsibility for the number left at the end of the month. That is harder than a retainer where activity counts as performance. But it is the only way of working where you are still proud of the accounts two years later.

For that to work with a small team, we automate consistently: scripts in the account, rules in the feed, reports that build themselves, AI for research and drafts. Whatever was done by hand twice gets automated the third time. The time saved goes into analysis and strategy, not into more clients.

The work happens fully remote and mostly in writing. There is no office, no core hours and no attendance requirement, but there are clear responsibilities and decisions you can read back.

Now we are looking for the first people to build that with us. Not as support work, but with their own responsibilities from week one.

Founder

Founded Mearchy in 2024 and runs the accounts personally, from the audit through the rebuild to ongoing management. First and only point of contact throughout.

What we hold ourselves to, internally too

01

Outcome before activity

Nobody counts hours or changes in the account here. What counts is whether more is left at the end of the month than before.

02

Saying what did not work

Mistakes cost money, hidden mistakes cost more. We talk about tests that brought nothing, internally and with the client.

03

Depth instead of breadth

Better to master one thing than half-know five. That applies to the channel and to the number of accounts one person runs.

04

Twice by hand, then automated

Repetition is a hint, not a fate. Whoever does a task manually for the third time skipped the automation.

05

The end of the day means the end of the day

Campaigns keep running at night too. Whoever sits in the account in the evening has a structural problem during the day, not a diligence problem.

The setup

What day-to-day here looks like

No fruit basket, instead things that genuinely make a difference when you want to work with focus.

Learn directly from the founder

No project management layer in between. You work with the person who built the accounts.

Few clients per person

So there is time to really understand an account instead of jumping between twenty.

Remote first, not remote tolerated

No office, no core hours, no attendance requirement. Coordination happens in writing, so nobody has to wait for a meeting to move on.

Automated instead of worked through

Scripts, feed rules and AI tools take the repetition away. The machine of your choice, every licence, and no debate about a tool that makes the work faster.

Budget for learning

Certifications, conferences, courses. Going deep in one channel takes both time and money.

Open about salary

We discuss the range in the first conversation, not after three rounds. Otherwise both sides only waste time.

Process

How your application works

Four steps, no assessment centre. From first contact to decision usually takes two to three weeks.

  1. 1

    Application

Through the form or straight by email to hello@mearchy.com. A CV is enough, we do not need a cover letter. You get a reply within three working days, even if it is a no.

  2. 2

    First conversation, 30 minutes

By video, with the founder. We work out what interests you, how we work and what the role really means. Salary comes up here already.

  3. 3

The technical part, around 60 minutes

We look at an anonymised account together and you say what stands out. No homework over the weekend, no unpaid concept.

  4. 4

    Meeting and decision

A longer conversation by video, where we clear up open questions and walk through a normal working day together. After that we decide within a week and tell you why.

Application

A short introduction is enough.

No form with twelve mandatory fields. Name, email, what you are applying for and what you have done so far. You can send the CV afterwards by email.

Questions about applying

I do not meet every point. Should I still apply?

Yes. The requirements describe what we are looking for, not a list that has to be fully ticked off. If two or three points are missing but the rest fits, get in touch. We say honestly in the first conversation whether it is enough.

How fast will I hear back?

Within three working days, including for a rejection. We do not leave anyone hanging.

Where is the work done?

Fully remote. There is no office, no core hours and no attendance requirement. The application process runs by video too. We are based in Germany and work in Central European time, because that is when the client calls happen.

Do I have to send a cover letter?

No. A CV and two or three sentences on why the role fits are plenty. If you have built something you are proud of, send that instead.

What about a speculative application?

Very welcome. Write to hello@mearchy.com with what you can do and how you imagine working together. If it fits, we create a role rather than advertise one.

How does this work when everyone is remote?

In writing and asynchronously. Decisions, changes and analyses are documented in one place instead of evaporating in meetings. Recurring work runs through scripts, feed rules and automated reports. The only fixed appointments are with clients and once a week internally.

Who reads my application?

Moritz, nobody else. There is no applicant tracking system and no pre-selection by third parties. Your documents stay with us and are deleted once the process is closed, unless you explicitly agree that we may keep them.
