When you access the site, the provider automatically collects information transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of the request, page accessed, referrer URL, browser type and operating system.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and stable operation of the website. Log files are deleted after 30 days.

Processing in the USA cannot be ruled out. It takes place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses.

A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.

For services requiring consent we use our own solution without an external provider. On your first visit a notice at the bottom of the page asks whether statistics and marketing may be enabled. As long as no consent is given, no cookies are set and no identifiers are transmitted.

Your choice is stored locally in your browser only (localStorage, key "mearchy-consent") and is not transmitted to us or to third parties.
